Baroka reunites with former coach

  By Clayton Shereni South African premiership side, Baroka Football Club (FC) have reportedly reunited with former coach Kgoloko Thobejane who had parted with the club over ‘differences’. This was revealed by Soccer Laduma on microblogging site, Twitter where they announced that the gaffer will have his second dance with the club after settling some differences. “Former Baroka FC head coach Kgoloko Thobejane is back at the club after the two parties sorted out their differences and agreed to work together again” Soccer Laduma tweeted. Thobejane left Baroka last year and went on to be appointed head coach at Mpumalanga ABC Motsepe League side, Passion FC.

Delta announces sponsorship package for PSL

Fans who had lost faith in the capabilities of PSL to secure a sponsor after numerous postponements of resumption of action will breathe a sigh of relief since there is light at the end of the tunnel. PSL resumption: Teams to wait a little longer

  By Sports Gazette Reporter Local premiership sides will have to continue waiting for a greenlight to resume action since authorities are still yet to find a sponsor for the 2021 campaign. Sources claim that the league which was slated to kick start this weekend (May 15), is now expected to start on the 22 nd of this month. Clubs have been eagerly waiting after over a year of no action since the government announced the national lockdown in March last 2020. Premier Soccer League (PSL) is reportedly failing to tie down a sponsor, a development which has stalled the return of football in the country.

Dynamos resumes group training

  By Sports Reporter   Zimbabwe's most successful football club, Dynamos FC is set to resume training tomorrow in anticipation of the return of action in the country after over a year of inaction.  This was revealed by the club's Marketing and Communications Manager, Yvonne Mangunda who said the team is set to resume training at Prince Edward in groups of  "Dynamos team training starts tomorrow 10 April, with 2 sessions, morning session starts at 9am Sunday will be the same, venue Prince Edward," said Mangunda.  Today the club conducted a voluntary vaccination program for players and technical staff at Wilkins hospital in the capital.  Dynamos will also face Bulawayo giants Highlanders, in the Independence Cup as they warm up to the return of football.

The three games pit; Atletico Madrid, Borrusia Monchengladbach, Leipzig, Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool. Below are the full details of the matches which you need to know; 10/02/2021: Atlético de Madrid vs Chelsea UEFA can confirm that the UEFA Champions League round of 16 first leg match between Atlético and Chelsea will now be played at the Arena Naţională in Bucharest.
